Our first dish – Triple Decker Cream and Crunch, a tackle the French Mille Feuille layered a mixture of flavours together with caramelised white chocolate, sea salt caramel ice cream and pickled berry. It was the trace of peanut butter that made us go down reminiscence lane. With giggles and flashes of smiles on our faces, we dug into Tagu Pyian, a preparation of coconut panna cotta with sago cooked in jaggery. The style of recent jaggery in winter took us to a collection of episodes etched in our reminiscence linked to delicacies like patishapta, nolengurer Sandesh, gur wali kheer and extra. The opposite eggless delicacies that had an analogous impact on us have been The BB Carrot Cake, a deconstructed model of the carrot cake; Streetstyle Burmese Falooda, Saffron and Samuza Cheese Cake, Gooey Malt Cake and extra.

The all-vegetarian joint that opened in late 2020 and added a brand new dimension to Park Avenue launched the menu concurrently in six cities together with Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Noida and Gurgaon.
